These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Pull Up Basketball's website and services. By creating an account, booking a session, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use
- Ensure the person creating the account is the parent or legal guardian of any child registered
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All session prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- Free taster sessions are subject to availability and limited to one per child
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the price at time of booking
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days
- If we cancel a session (e.g., venue closure), you will receive a full refund or free transfer
- Holiday camp cancellations are subject to our camp-specific policy (see booking confirmation)
5. Session Conduct
- All children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorised guardian
- Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behaviour poses a risk to others
- Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the session
- Our coaches are DBS checked, first aid trained, and safeguarding certified
6. Liability
Pull Up Basketball takes reasonable care to ensure the safety of all participants. However, participation in basketball activities carries inherent risk of injury. By booking a session, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Pull Up Basketball shall not be liable for any injury sustained during normal coached activities, except where caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pull Up Basketball unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
